We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Dunstable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy operational setting and enjoys being at the heart of warehouse activity, ensuring stock movements, deliveries and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Processing warehouse, goods-in and dispatch paperwork
Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
Updating internal systems and databases
Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
Liaising with drivers, warehouse operatives and management teams
Booking deliveries and collections
Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving queries
Supporting compliance and health & safety administration
Managing emails, filing and general administrative dutiesWhat We're Looking For
Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
