Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for candidates who hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and have more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assisting with classroom learning across the primary curriculum
* Supporting Maths, English, phonics and reading activities
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Working closely with class teachers and wider support staff
* Providing additional support to pupils who require it
The Requirements:
* Recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* More than 6 months' UK-based experience working within a school
* Experience supporting children in a primary setting
* Good understanding of classroom expectations and routines
* Patient, reliable and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
