We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy construction team located in Potters Bar.

Duties

Support construction activities by preparing sites, moving materials, and assembling structures as needed
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to project specificationsRequirements

Previous building site or construction environment experience with a strong understanding of site maintenance practices
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and effectively
Ability to perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
