Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a busy team in Tiverton, Devon, for an initial three-week temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration or reception experience who is organised, reliable and confident working as part of a team.

What We Offer

£12.95 per hour.

Monday to Friday working pattern.

10am-2pm working hours.

Initial three-week temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Scan, file and organise paperwork.

Use internal systems to close customer orders and maintain accurate records.

Answer telephone calls and provide switchboard cover.

Welcome visitors and provide professional reception support.

Support the wider team with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Previous administration or reception experience.

Organised and detail-focused.

Confident using computer systems.

Professional and approachable.

Comfortable handling telephone and reception duties.

Reliable and available for the full three-week assignment.
