Service Delivery Coordinator – Telford (initial 12-Month Contract)
💷 Pay: £17 per hour (via umbrella, 37.5 hours/week)
📍 Location: Telford (onsite, Monday–Friday)
📅 Contract: Initially a 6 month rolling contract, with the requirement expected to last for at least 2 years, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join a global technology business at their Telford site.
This is a varied, operations-focused role where you'll coordinate customer requests, supplier activities, quotations, purchase orders and service delivery processes to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in maintaining service levels, managing turnaround times and supporting the smooth delivery of outsourced services.
What You'll Do
* Manage customer requests, quotations, RFQs and purchase orders
* Coordinate outsourced service activities with suppliers and logistics partners
* Monitor turnaround times and ensure service commitments are achieved
* Provide customers and internal stakeholders with regular updates on order and service status
* Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
* Support purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination
* Analyse operational data and prepare reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
* Work closely with UK and international teams to support service delivery objectives
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in a coordination, customer service, operations, procurement or supply chain environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
* Experience working with suppliers, purchasing processes or service delivery operations would be advantageous
* Experience using ERP or CRM systems, such as Oracle or Salesforce, would be beneficial
