The ideal candidates will have:

Previous Early Years / Reception experience

Experience supporting young children in a classroom setting

A patient, nurturing and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*

A genuine passion for children's learning and development

*

Previous Teaching Assistant experience is desirable
