About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick customer orders with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy at all times.
* Safely and efficiently pack products ready for dispatch, maintaining quality standards throughout.
* Carry out regular lifting of goods around the warehouse, following correct manual handling procedures.
* Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse to support a safe, tidy, and productive working environment.
* Collaborate closely with a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team to help meet daily distribution targets.
* Work efficiently under pressure while consistently upholding high standards of accuracy and care.
* Support the wider warehouse and distribution team with general picking, packing, and inventory duties as required.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing, or distribution environment is highly desirable.
* Willingness and ability to carry out regular manual lifting as part of the role.
* Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to order picking and packing.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
* Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable working a consistent daily shift pattern, some weekend over time availabe.
