Plumber Multi-Trade Operative - Responsive Repairs

Location: Worcester
Salary: £21-£23 ph (CIS or Umbrella)
Benefits: Company van and fuel card included
Contract: Temporary to permanent

Think Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Association in Worcester. We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to complete responsive repairs in occupied social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.

Diagnose and repair leaks, taps, toilets, basins, waste pipes and other plumbing fittings.

Replace faulty fittings and test repairs to ensure everything is working correctly.

Undertake basic carpentry repairs to doors, locks, handles and kitchen units.

Complete patch plastering and minor making-good work following repairs.

Communicate professionally with tenants and keep work areas clean and safe.

Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience completing plumbing repairs and maintenance.

Experience working in social housing or occupied properties.

Competent in plumbing, basic carpentry and patch plastering.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.

NVQ or C&G Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).

Full UK driving licence is essential.
