School Administrator - Tameside

We are working with a supportive school in Tameside looking for a friendly, reliable and organised School Administrator to join their team.

You'll be supporting the school office and working with staff, pupils, parents and visitors, helping the day-to-day running of the school.

The Role

Manage reception and welcome visitors, parents and pupils.
Answer calls, emails and general enquiries.
Support with attendance, registers and pupil records.
Complete general administration and data entry.
Provide support to teachers and SLT.
Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures.What We're Looking For

Previous administration, reception, customer service or school experience.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Friendly and confident communication skills.
Comfortable using IT and learning new systems.
Calm and professional when working in a busy environment.The Details

School: Secondary School
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: From £100 per day
