LRL Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator to join our client on a long-term residential construction project based in Barry, South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work on a large-scale housing development while contributing to a professional and well-established site team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Telehandler to load, unload, and distribute materials across site.

Support site logistics, including movement of materials and assisting other trades where required.

Perform general labouring duties when not operating the machine - keeping the site clean and organised.

Follow all on-site health and safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Role Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Operator card.

Valid Driving Licence
Proven experience operating a Telehandler on active construction sites.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused approach to work.
