About this job

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is practical, reliable and able to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running.

Pay rate
£13.00 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
7:00am – 4:00pm

The Role

The work involves the hand assembly of MDF-type products.

You will be responsible for:

* Assembling MDF products by hand

* Following basic assembly instructions

* Using hand tools and basic equipment

* Working with the existing team to meet production requirements

* Assisting with general duties across the workshop as required

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Working efficiently and accurately to keep production moving

Requirements

* Previous assembly, manufacturing or workshop experience would be beneficial

* Good practical skills and attention to detail

* Reliable and hardworking

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Must be willing to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running
