About this job

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Document Controller to join a busy residential construction business on a freelance basis.

The Role:

* Manage and maintain project documentation and drawing registers

* Control document revisions, uploads and distribution

* Maintain accurate project records and trackers

* Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors

* Manage documents through the relevant CDE/document management system

* Support project close-out and handover

About You:

* Previous Document Control experience within construction, ideally residential/housebuilding

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation

* Experience using a CDE or document management system

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
