An excellent opportunity to be introduced to a southwest based internal fit-out contractor operating within the construction sector. They provide a variety of trade services within the shopfitting and commercial building industry.
They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, as a small but busy team of skilled professional trades.
Day to day:
Apply bonding agents or primers.
Fit angle beads, stop beads, centre beads, etc.
Mix render or hardwall plaster to the correct consistency.
Experience and competence in working with lime render mixes.
Float and set.
Prepare hardwall for finishing plaster if needed.
Allow suitable drying or curing times.
Protect newly applied work if needed.
Clean working areas, and waste material.
Check the finished work for hollows, cracks, unevenness, and defects.Requirements:
NVQ's are preferable but not essential.
CSCS card is essential.
Proven experience in plastering.
Must be able to work with render and hardwall.
Must be able to float and set
Driving license is preferable but not essential.
Good time keeping.
Good work ethic.
Maintain a tidy work area.Employment benefits:
