Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a wide range of primary schools throughout Derby and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in creating engaging learning environments and help pupils reach their full potential. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions.
Assisting children with varying learning needs, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement.
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and daily learning activities.We offer a range of opportunities to suit your availability, including:

We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
Experience working with children in any capacity (school experience is beneficial but not essential).
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
