Location: Cardiff

Job Title: Creative Lecturer in Foundation Learning

Pay and working hours:

* Per hour: £30 - 35

* Working hours: Full Time, 37 hours

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

* Create an inclusive classroom that encourages academic achievement.

* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning.

* Maintain high standards of classroom management.

What We’re Looking For:

* UK Qualified Teacher

* Strong, practical experience of teaching or supporting Foundation/Entry Level learners

* An understanding of the additional support, differentiation and engagement approaches often required within Foundation Learning

* Experience of adapting delivery to meet a range of learner needs and abilities

* Relevant knowledge and/or current industry experience within Creative

* Experience of teaching, supporting and assessing learners within an FE or similar environment

* Strong communication, organisational and learner engagement skills

* The ability to build positive relationships with learners and contribute to successful learner outcomes

* Updated CV and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
