Our client is a well-established property services business with a strong presence across the UK. They are currently hiring for a Administrator to join them on a Temporary to Permanent basis to assist them in the office.

* Taking incoming calls from housing associations and tenants and dealing with enquiries professionally.

* Processing subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently.

* Coordinating company vehicle requirements, including booking MOTs and servicing.

* Maintaining accurate records of company vehicles and who is driving each vehicle at all times.

* Supporting with the processing of purchase order invoices.

* Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

* Supporting with the general Health & Safety requirements of the office.

* Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
