Contracts Administrator, based in LE6 Groby, 6 month contract up to £23.00 p/hr depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a leading aerospace and defence organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, administering, and maintaining commercial and government contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting programme delivery and minimising risk.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and contract amendments.
Maintain accurate contract records, documentation and compliance files.
Support the interpretation of contractual terms and conditions, ensuring obligations are met.
Monitor contract compliance and assist with internal and external audits.
Identify contractual risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
Liaise with multiple internal departments to resolve contract-related queries and issues.
Ensure documentation is managed in line with company policies, customer requirements and regulatory standards.
About You

Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Coordinator, or similar contracts-focused role.
Experience managing contract documentation and supporting the contract life cycle.
Background within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, or another regulated industry.
Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Knowledge of NEC, EPC, or other long-term contract frameworks would be advantageous.
