Painter - Honiton

4 weeks work

Resourcing Group is looking to hire a Painter on a small project based in Honition. This will be working with a maintenance contractor that work with a lots of different end clients, including private and public sector landlords. The contractor specifically carry out a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance in people's homes as well as in some smaller commercial properties also.

This particular project will involve working on a multi storey HMO listed property in Honiton in need of some real tlc. The works will include applying stain block and then re painting the property with a white wash to bring it back to a presentable and habitable state.

The contractor is happy to offer these roles on a cis basis if you prefer to use your own vans, or on a paye basis if preferred.

We can onboard 2 people if you prefer to work in a team of 2. The works will reduce to 2 weeks if 2 people are carrying out the work. There is 4 weeks work if 1 person is completing the work alone.
