About this job

Temporary Administrator.

This role would suit someone with previous administration or customer service experience who is confident speaking with people and providing a friendly, professional service.

Location: Norwich 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:30am – 6:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Dates: 5th October – 16th October

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general administrative duties

Assisting with resident enquiries

Responding to queries professionally and efficiently

Providing excellent customer service

Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate records and information

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous administration or customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly and professional approach

Good attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

The ability to work effectively as part of a team
