About this contract

SF Partners are recruiting for an HR Administrator on a 12 month FTC, supporting across the full employee lifecycle alongside HR data, payroll, compliance and employee queries. Immediate start required.

Location: Solihull
Hybrid - 3 days in the office
£30,000

The role will include:
- Managing onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, transfers and leavers
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
- Maintaining HR and workforce management systems
- Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- Supporting payroll processing and weekly timesheets
- Monitoring qualifications, security clearances and compliance records
- Supporting benefits and reward administration
- Completing pre-employment checks, vetting and Right to Work documentation
- Providing first-line support for general HR queries

The role needs someone with previous HR administration or similar experience, good systems skills and strong attention to detail. Experience of an HRIS is essential, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable rather than essential.
