Cover Supervisor - Hounslow
Are you a confident Cover Supervisor with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to take control of a classroom? Academics are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Hounslow seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor for a full-time position.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across a range of subjects when their usual teacher is unavailable. You will follow the work provided, keep students engaged and ensure a calm, purposeful learning environment is maintained.
The successful candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, a confident classroom presence and the ability to establish clear expectations with students from the moment they enter the room.

Previous experience working with young people in a school or educational setting
Strong behaviour management skills
Confident and authoritative classroom presence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, consistent and resilient approach
Ability to follow lesson plans and support students with their learning
Reliable, organised and proactive
Commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
Graduates and experienced education professionals are welcome to apply
