Junior Digital eLearning Content Designer
Remote/Hybrid | Temporary contract until Spring 2027 | Oxford | Full time

We're recruiting a Junior Digital / eLearning Content Designer to support the creation and maintenance of engaging, accessible digital learning content within a busy, purpose-driven organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, changing direction, or returning to work, who wants to build hands-on experience in digital learning design.

Key responsibilities:

Designing and developing digital learning modules and micro-learning content
Building and updating materials using eLearning authoring tools
Applying learning design principles to create clear, accessible content
Collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts
Reviewing and improving existing learning resources

About you:

Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar)
Understanding of SCORM and learning management systems
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to content
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Interest in inclusive and accessible digital learning
