Experienced Teaching Assistant Required (Camberley)
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Salary: £93-100/day
Start Date: October 2026
Job Type: Full-Time (8:30-3:30)
The Role:
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking x2 Specialist SEND LSA's to support a Y2 pupil who quite complex needs at one of our mainstream primary schools in Camberley

Pre-verbal
Relies upon objects of reference for communication
Lots of sensory / oral sensory needs
No official diagnosis yet
Key Responsibilities:
-Providing 1:1 support to a student or small group work within a resource base
-Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
-Supporting students in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.
-Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.
Key Requirements:
-A minimum of 1+ years experience working as a member of support staff within schools
-Passion for education and helping students succeed.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people.
-Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students.
-Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important
-A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).
