Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Chorley.

The Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration and tracking of customer assets throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Booking customer assets in and out using internal systems
Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
Liaising with customers, internal departments and third-party couriers
Processing deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders and supporting documentation
Responding to enquiries and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the wider logistics and operations team with administrative duties
Ensuring quality and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Basic to intermediate IT skills and confidence using computer systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills
A willingness to learn and develop
