Machine Operator, £16.38, Monday–Friday, Temp to Perm, Immediate Start

Responsibilities

* Day Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) – 3 positions available

* Back Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) – 2 positions available

* Prepare garments for embroidery by accurately and securely framing them.

* Follow job instructions regarding garment positioning and orientation.

* Remove backing, loose threads and finishing materials from completed garments.

* Check garments for marks, defects, incorrect positioning and embroidery issues.

* Fold and pack finished garments neatly to a high presentation standard.

* Keep work areas clean, organised and production-ready.

* Handle garments carefully and support the wider production team to maintain workflow.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a machine operator or within a production/line environment is preferred.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production role.

* Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality.

* Able to follow instructions accurately and consistently.

* Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.

* A clean, careful and organised approach to work.

* Willingness to learn; previous embroidery experience is not essential
