Planning Administrator

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous planning, scheduling, coordination or administrative experience. If you have worked in a planning environment and are confident managing schedules, coordinating activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring plans are delivered efficiently, we would be keen to hear from you.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Start Date: Monday, 19 October 2026
End Date: Sunday, 10 January 2027
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: T2 Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, B37 7ES
Department: Facilities Compliance Finance HO

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have strong planning and administration experience, with the ability to:

* Coordinate and maintain plans and schedules
* Organise and prioritise multiple activities
* Liaise effectively with different teams and stakeholders
* Keep planning information and records accurate and up to date
* Identify and communicate any changes or issues affecting schedules
* Work confidently in a busy, deadline-driven environment

Previous planning, scheduling, workforce planning, resource planning or coordination experience is highly desirable for this position. Please highlight any relevant experience when responding.
