Contract Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Joiner to carry out a variety of joinery tasks focused on repair and maintenance.

The role involves working onsite in both occupied and void accomodation,

Work is to be completed to a high standard with attention to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate excellent workmanship and customer service skills.

Skills:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Joiner
First and second fix joinery expertise
Ability to install and repair doors, frames, skirting, architraves 
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to work in occupied properties with professionalism
Good communication and customer service skills
Use of hand and power tools

Certifications & Standards:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
