Location: LS12, Leeds - parking on site
Hours: 8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid break (must arrive prior to 8am to open up)
Pay Rate: £12.71-£13 per hour
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing (potentially until Christmas)
Our client, a reputable organisation in the property sector, is seeking a dynamic and personable Temporary Receptionist to join their team in LS12, Leeds. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour 😊
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments 📞
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organisation's services
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring a professional appearance
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing 📂
Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling
Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as requiredIdeal Candidate:
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🌈
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
