The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a KS2 pupil with Speech Delay, helping them access the curriculum, build independence and develop their confidence. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support strategies and create a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will be patient, understanding and adaptable, with previous experience supporting pupils with complex SEN needs in a primary setting.
