R&A Education is recruiting confident, reliable and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support schools across Medway, Swale and surrounding Kent areas.
We have opportunities across Gillingham, Chatham, Rainham, Rochester, Strood, Sittingbourne, Sheerness, Faversham and nearby areas, with flexible daily supply, short-term and longer-term positions available.

What We Offer

What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from HLTAs and experienced education professionals who have:
* HLTA status or significant experience working at Higher Level Teaching Assistant level
* Experience working within a primary or secondary school
* Confidence leading lessons and supporting classroom learning
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Experience delivering interventions or supporting small groups
* The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider school team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A reliable, professional and adaptable approach
* A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed
We'd also like to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Cover Supervisors and education professionals who are ready to take on greater responsibility.
SEND & Specialist Opportunities
