About this contract

A Helpdesk Administrator is required in Oxford to provide day-to-day administrative support across a busy helpdesk, managing incoming calls, service tickets and queries.

This three-month temporary role also involves raising purchase orders, coordinating appointments and maintaining compliance documentation.

The Role
 
As the Helpdesk Administrator, you'll:

Log incoming helpdesk calls and create tickets accurately.
Respond to queries and support day-to-day helpdesk requests.
Raise purchase orders as required.
Upload and maintain relevant compliance documentation.
Schedule appointments and coordinate administrative requirements.
Complete general administration to support the helpdesk. About You
 
To be successful as the Helpdesk Administrator, you'll have:

Experience relevant to helpdesk or administrative support.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence handling calls, queries and administrative requests.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. What's in it for You?
