Interim Quantity Surveyor – Client-Side Capital Projects

Rate: £35–£45 per hour
Contract: Interim / Freelance
Duration: 3-6 moths (extension likely)
Location: Mid Scotland – hybrid working available

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a public-sector property and capital projects team, providing commercial support across a varied programme of building and facilities projects.

This is a client-side position, so you will be responsible for protecting the organisation's commercial interests and providing sound cost and contract advice throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

You will support a portfolio of capital works across a range of public-facing facilities and buildings. Projects can vary considerably in size, value and complexity, providing a good mix of pre- and post-contract commercial work.

Experience across leisure, community, education, public buildings, housing or wider property projects would be advantageous.
