Graduate Cover Supervisor - Hammersmith and Fulham

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching or education. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will help keep students engaged in their learning by supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences
Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Encourage student participation and support learning
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a degree in any subject
Be confident communicating with secondary-aged students
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and organisational skills
Be professional, punctual, adaptable and reliable
Have previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
Hold an up-to-date DBS or be willing to apply for one
