Site Manager - Durham

Site Manager - Fire Remediation - Durham - 30-Week Contract

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in the Durham area.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including:

SFS Installation
Bracketry and Insulation
Fire Stopping Works
Weatherboard Systems
Rainscreen Cladding
EWI and Render
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety and remediation works.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems
Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively
Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery
High-rise residential project experience preferredAbout Us
