*

Work closely with senior management, consultants and contractors on maintenance planning and major refurbishment works.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience leading a maintenance, estates or facilities management function.

*

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

*

A background in building maintenance, refurbishment or capital projects.

*

Good knowledge of health and safety, statutory compliance and contractor management.

*

Experience managing budgets, procurement and external contractors.

*

A relevant qualification in construction, building services, engineering or facilities management.

The Opportunity:

*

Salary: £60,000–£65,000

*

Contract: Initial six months, with potential to extend or become permanent.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

*

Location: Oxford.

This role would suit an experienced maintenance or estates professional who enjoys leading teams, improving operational standards and managing a varied property portfolio.
