Site Agent – Rail Infrastructure | Wigan

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to work on a rail infrastructure project in Wigan (Bryn Station).

📍 Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester
📅 Duration: 6 months
📋 IR35: Inside IR35
🕒 Working Pattern: Days, with occasional midweek night shifts
🎫 Requirements: Valid PTS and CSCS competency

The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Site Agent with a strong background in rail or infrastructure projects to oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage health and safety, and ensure works are delivered to the required quality and programme.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills, alongside experience in construction delivery and site documentation.
