We are looking for a proactive and motivated Repairs Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service across their homes.
You will be based in Birmingham in the office and on site 5 days a week!
Role- Repairs Supervisor
Contract length- Immediate sick cover
Pay- £30-£34 an hour via umbrella
Areas to cover- Leicester, Coventry, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and Northampton
Repairs Supervisor duties:
Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Monitor productivity, performance and service +targets, taking corrective action where required.
Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.To succeed as the Repairs Supervisor, you need:
Experience supervising repairs or construction-related teams.
Strong knowledge of repairs and property maintenance.
Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
