Provide guidance and support to students where appropriate.
Record attendance, behaviour, and lesson outcomes as required.
Share relevant feedback with teaching staff following lessons.
Contribute positively to the day-to-day running of the school.

Has experience working with secondary-aged students or young people in a similar setting.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is confident leading groups and managing classroom behaviour.
Can remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a busy school environment.
Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Has a genuine interest in education and supporting young people's success.
