Location: Ferndown
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operator to join a manufacturing business based in Ferndown. This is a great opportunity for someone with practical skills and manufacturing experience looking to join a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating production machinery to manufacture foam components to specification.
Cutting, shaping and finishing materials to meet customer requirements.
Assembling components and carrying out general production duties.
Following technical drawings, job sheets and production instructions where required.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Confident using tools and operating machinery.
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
A practical, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of production.What's on Offer
