Early Years Teaching Assistant Needed
Ad Hoc Work Across Tunbridge Wells

Are you passionate about supporting young children and looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle?

We are recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants for ad hoc opportunities across Tunbridge Wells, working within a variety of settings including:

Nurseries
Primary schools
Prep schools with Early Years pupilsThis is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Early Years professionals who want the flexibility to choose when and where they work.

What we offer:

Flexible working to suit you
Choose between all year-round work or term-time only
Take holiday when you wish and when!
Opportunities for regular and ad hoc placements
Supportive school and nursery environmentsWorking hours options:
Minimum commitment:

2 days per week, 8:00am-6:00pm, or
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pmRequirements:
✔️ Early Years qualification Level 2 or Level 3 essential
✔️ Experience working with Early Years children
✔️ A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive
