Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern:
* 3 on / 3 off rotating days and nights (6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am)
* 3 on / 3 off Days only 6:00am-6:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.83 / £14.63
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading drinks manufacturing and contract packing business for a FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their growing operation in Kegworth.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment where you'll play a key part in ensuring products are packed, processed, and dispatched to the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will have previous manufacturing experience and confidence working with automated packing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating an FLT Counterbalance driver in a production and packing machinery environement safely and efficiently.
* Working around equipment such as wrappers, overwrappers, palletisers, and other end-of-line machinery.
* Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards and a clean working environment.
* Adhere to all health, safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the production operation.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience operating an FLT Counterbalance
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
* Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work.
* Flexible attitude towards shift work and changing production demands.
