We're a shipping line with a buzzing, fast-paced commercial team — and we're on the hunt for a bright, organised Commercial Customer Service Assistant to help keep our customers, bookings, and paperwork ticking along nicely.

You'll get stuck into documentation and export clearances, process bookings, support vessel operations, and be a friendly first point of contact for our customers by phone and email. It's varied, hands-on, and genuinely customer-facing — ideal if you love solving problems, staying busy, and being the person who makes things happen.

No shipping or logistics background needed — what matters most is great customer service experience and confidence working in an office environment. We'll happily teach you the rest!

You'll need: to be organised, personable, and confident chatting to customers. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and up for learning new systems (full training given on our internal tools).

What's on offer:

* £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience

* 25 days holiday per year (Jan–Dec), plus pension

* The chance to work from home once you've settled in (after a 3-month probation)

* A 12-month contract to start, with real potential to go permanent for the right person
