Housing Officer | Housing Association - South East London (Hybrid Working)
- £29.38 per hour
- 3-6 Month Contract
We're recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a leading Housing Association in South East London. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across a designated patch, ensuring residents receive excellent support and customer service.
Key responsibilities:

Managing tenancy and estate issues
Handling ASB, nuisance and safeguarding cases
Conducting estate inspections
Managing voids, viewings and tenancy sign-ups
Working closely with local authorities and partner agencies- Housing, customer service or tenancy management experience required- Strong communication and case management skills
- Knowledge of social housing and housing legislation desirable
