Service Co-ordinator

The Customer Service and Support function is responsible for activities related to assisting, supporting, and resolving customers questions specific to products and services.

Customer Services > Non-Technical
Provides resolutions to customer issues, analyzing workforce activities, delivering customer-centric experiences, providing product support, and offering administrative assistance. These professionals respond to customer problems, analyze workforce needs, develop support strategies, maintain product knowledge, and report issues to design departments. They prioritize customer satisfaction, optimize operations, identify business opportunities, and ensure efficient administrative support.

Role Knowledge and Application
Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.

Complexity and Problem-Solving
Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems.

Supervision
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Collaboration and Interaction
Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions. Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals.

Recommended Background and Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
