Job Title: Site Manager – Groundworks

Location: Earls Barton, Northamptonshire

Rate: Negotiable (DOE) – Outside IR35

Site Manager – Commercial Groundworks – Earls Barton

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a well-established groundworks subcontractor, on a commercial groundworks package in the Earls Barton area.

The successful candidate will oversee 2–3 gangs on site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the groundworks package and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard.

The Role

A site-based management position working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team. You'll be responsible for coordinating the gangs on site, monitoring progress, managing RAMS and ensuring the groundworks package runs efficiently.

Scope of Works

A standard commercial groundworks package, including foundations, drainage, concrete works, ducting, slabs and associated external works.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Manager within groundworks.

Strong groundworks subcontractor background.

*

Commercial groundworks experience.

*

Experience managing multiple gangs.

*

SMSTS – Essential.

*

CSCS Card – Essential.

*

First Aid – Desirable.
