Document Controller – £625pday – hybrid London 2 days pwk)

Our client requires a client-side Document Controller to support Strategic Estates across a capital portfolio valued at over £2bn.

The role requires significant experience of document management and control within high-value Grade I listed building conservation and refurbishment projects.

This is a long-term programme-paying up to £625 a day (inside IR35)

The Document Controller will provide client-side information management and document control support across multiple Strategic Estates project teams, ensuring project information is accurate, secure, compliant and correctly managed throughout the project lifecycle.

The role will support information management compliance across all RIBA stages and ensure supply chain information aligns with BIM standards, security protocols and the approved Common Data Environment.

Essential Experience

At least 5 years’ experience managing information on major projects.

3–5 years’ experience with ISO 19650 BIM standards for information management.

Practical experience using ISO (phone number removed) BIM workflows, revisions and status codes.

Strong experience using SharePoint and Aconex.

Experience working in a client-side document control or information management environment.

Experience supporting major construction, refurbishment or estate programmes.

Strong stakeholder and supply chain coordination skills.

Experience managing sensitive or security-classified information.

Knowledge of RIBA 2020 and BSRIA BG6
