Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting FLT counterbalance/warehouse operative to join a leading food manufacturer based in Knowsley, L34.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced FLT counterbalance (RTITB)/warehouse operative looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long-term career prospects.

The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are keen to develop within a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Duties

Safely operate FLT equipment for loading and unloading deliveries.
Support ingredient picking for production using the FLT.
Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
Recycle waste materials, including packaging
Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively as part of the production team.

Requirements

Essential to have RTITB Counterbalance licence.
Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Good manual handling ability.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.

Working Hours

Weekly rotational shift

Monday to Friday: 7am-3pm.
Monday to Friday: 3pm-11pm.Flexibility to cover alternative shifts when required is essential.
