Die Cutter Operator - £13.50 to £14.00 per hour- Temporary ongoing position to start ASAP - Days role (Mon to Fri - early finish on Fri). 28 days holiday, Pension, Parking - Longwell Green, Bristol.
We are recruiting a Die Cutter Operator, for our manufacturing client based in Longwell Green, Bristol. Working as part of a small team, you will have experience of setting up and running die cutting machines, ideally within a print or packaging manufacturing environment - our client will also consider candidates who have set up and operated high speed machinery within FMCG or similar industries. Reporting into the Production Manager, this is a temporary position which could lead to a permanent role for the successful candidate.
Working in a busy and fast paced environment, duties will involve
Setting up production machinery, including printing machines
Loading materials onto machines & running them
Running a die press machine to print and cut materials
Quality checking finished goods
This would suit someone who ideally has operated an automated die press machine (or similar), within a print or packaging envrionment. This is a new role within their organisation and is part of their ongoing growth - you will be joining a small but well established and friendly team, who offer long term prospects and development for the successful candidate
