Clear DBS (or willingness to apply)Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
Assist in EHCP's and tailored learning strategies
Support students in developing essential social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
