Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Wax Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing business working within a skilled production team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality components in a precision-focused manufacturing environment, carrying out detailed manual work with small and intricate parts.
Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience who are looking to develop their skills within the aerospace sector.
What We Offer
£15.93 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.
Monday to Friday working.
Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.
Temporary to permanent opportunity.
Full training provided.

Key Duties
Work with small, intricate components in a precision-focused manufacturing environment.
Carry out detailed manual production tasks using hand tools.
Handle components carefully to maintain quality standards.
Follow manufacturing processes and work instructions accurately.
Complete quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
Maintain high standards of health and safety.
Keep the working area clean, organised and compliant with site requirements.
Work effectively as part of a skilled production team.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to work.
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components accurately.
Comfortable carrying out detailed manual tasks for extended periods.
Good basic English skills, with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Reliable and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential.
Willingness to learn and complete full training.
